
We strive to balance the training of the internal and external arts; in doing so the Budokan offers a comprehensive Wellness and Holistic Enrichment program. Our knowledgeable and experienced instructors are here to share their knowledge in TaiChi, Qigong, Energy Work, Herbology, Chinese Medicine and more.

Tai Chi and Qigong is Open Adults of All Levels
Our Instructors will share their knowledge in Qigong for Health and Longevity, Yang Style Tai Chi and Mindful Meditation.
We teach three traditional forms;
Yang Style Short Form
Yang Style 24 Movements
and Yang Style 108 Movements.
Our Qigong class includes forms, breathing techniques, sound healing, acupressure massage and more.
The Mindful Meditation class will encourage you to relax, rejuvenate and give you a reset to balance your mind, body and spirt.
Classes will included wellness techniques and practices from Eastern and Western Philosophies; on Healing, Energy Work, Qigong, Mindfulness, Reiki, Tai Chi, Yoga Practices and more. Each month we focus on a specific area of self care, with easy to learn exercises for the mind, body, and spirit.
Our primary focus is to improve your health, happiness and longevity by providing you with practical and effective techniques you can use easily everyday.

Sifu Cathrine Page

Sifu Cathrine started training in martial arts at age 8; Judo, Karate, Jiu Jitsu and then Tai Chi at age 18. She started Tai Chi to accompany her mother, soon learning how wonderful Tai Chi would be for calming her mind and spirit.
Sifu Cathrine started serious studies in Qigong when she moved to Richmond Hill 20 years ago, completed training in Traditional Chinese Medicine and currently works a Registered Massage Therapist.
Sifu Cathrine has learned that balance is key - mind, body and spirit - she will share her exeriences and her knowledge to enhance your well-being.
Take a few moments each day to recharge your batteries, boost your immune system and anchor your path to peace.
