We strive to balance the training of the internal and external arts; in doing so the Budokan offers a comprehensive Wellness and Holistic Enrichment Education program. Our knowledgeable and experienced instructors are here to share their vast amounts of knowledge in TaiChi, Reiki, Qigong, Energy Work, Herbology, Chinese Medicine and more.
Classes are Available OnLine and In-Person.


Tai Chi and Qigong is Open to All Levels
We teach three traditional forms;
Yang Style Short Form
Yang Style 24 Movements
and Yang Style 108 Movements.
Classes will included wellness techniques and practices from Eastern and Western Philosophies; on Healing, Energy Work, Qigong, Mindfulness, Reiki, Tai Chi, Yoga Practices and more. Each month we focus on a specific area of self care, with easy to learn exercises for the mind, body, and spirit. Our primary focus is to increase health, happiness and longevity by providing you with practical and effective techniques for your everyday wellness.
Classes are Available via Zoom and at the Budokan
Tuesday at 1pm TaiChi/Qigong
Wednesday at 7pm Tai Chi
7:30pm Qigong
8 pm Meditation
Friday at 1pm Tai Chi/Qigong
