Tai Chi and Qigong is for Senoirs, Beginners and Advanced participants.
We teach three traditional forms;
Yang Style Short Form
Yang Style 24 Movements
and Yang Style 108 Movements.
Classes will included wellness techniques and practices from Eastern and Western Philosophies; on Healing, Energy Work, Qigong, Mindfulness, Reiki, Tai Chi, Yoga Practices and more. Each month we focus on a specific area of wellness covering self care, easy to learn exercises for the mind, body, and spirit. Our primary focus is to increase health, happiness and longevity by providing you with a practical and easy to use techniques for your everyday use.
